Hannah Wylie is a founding member of Wilbury Stratton and co-leads the Energy & Natural Resources Practice, working with organisations in heavily regulated and high risk industries.
With over twelve years international Executive Search experience, her background has been within risk management, specifically operational risk and more recently, social and environmental risk and Corporate Sustainability.
Hannah also spent three years in corporate communications at an environmental NGO in London and Brussels before moving into Corporate Sustainability Executive Search in 2009.
She now works with global Energy and Mining companies as well as management consultancies. Working on complex international searches she helps hire senior level professionals leading Non-technical Risk, Safety and Sustainable Development and business strategy.
Hannah has an Arts Bachelor’s degree and is undertaking an MA in Sustainability Leadership.

Nichole co-leads the Energy & Natural Resources Practice and focuses on global Mining and Oil & Gas companies.
She helps them hire senior level professionals for roles in Strategic Risk, Strategy and Sustainability.
After spending eight years in leadership and sales roles within several Fortune 500 firms Nichole joined Wilbury Stratton in 2010.
Using her understanding of geo-politics and risk, she manages complex international searches, working in partnership with her clients to deliver appropriate cross-border recruitment solutions.
Nichole is a member of Women in Mining and a member of Chatham House.
Nichole has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina and is currently an MBA student with a focus on Risk and Sustainability.

Following a desire to work abroad, Josh moved to Japan shortly after graduating university with a BA in History.
He worked in recruitment for two firms based in Tokyo. Using his fluency in Japanese he helped foreign national firms hire senior managers for their Japan-based businesses. He joined Wilbury Stratton in 2011.
Josh is responsible, with James Incles, for developing the Energy & Natural Resources Practice in the region.

Paul Howarth leads the Life Sciences Practice at Wilbury Stratton. He focuses on supplying senior level appointments within Corporate Sustainability for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device companies.
With over six years experience within Healthcare recruitment Paul has a history of success in delivering solutions to both large global organisations and boutique firms alike.
Prior to joining Wilbury Stratton Paul worked for a major national recruitment firm where he was the regional leader for three years. He then joined a major healthcare company delivering tailored solutions to local authorities where he achieved record growth in only the second year of this role.
Paul understands that sustainability is a strategic necessity for his clients and the pressures that are placed upon the industry to be responsible in areas such as access to health, environment, supply chain management, regulatory affairs, government affairs and ethics and compliance.

Kate Murphy is a Client Principal in the Built Environment Practice. Based in Dubai, she has responsibility for developing the Practice in the MENA region .
Kate has over 10 years international experience working for a top tier global Executive Search firm in both the Australasia and EMEA regions.
Prior to joining Wilbury Stratton, Kate was based in the UAE for three years executing C-level mandates in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. In addition she sourced executives for senior Corporate Communications positions in the MENA region.
Kate has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia and her early career was in sports marketing and event management.

Louise has worked in-house managing international hires for a software vendor, and more recently for an Executive Search firm specialising in senior level roles within consulting, outsourcing and services companies.
Louise joined Wilbury Stratton in 2010 to lead the global Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice.

Rufus Bullough leads the global Retail & Consumer Goods Practice at Wilbury Stratton.
He works with Boards and senior executives as they address their sustainability and organisational leadership strategies.
More specifically, Rufus consults about how organisations move from viewing sustainability as a tactical programme of risk mitigation and cost reduction, to aligning Corporate Sustainability with business strategy to generate commercial value.
Rufus has worked in Corporate Sustainability since 2000. This has enabled him to witness, participate in and understand the challenges and opportunities that Corporate Sustainability presents. His track record and insights have also led to him develop a strong, dynamic and relevant network.
Rufus has a BA in Marketing and spent his early career in marketing with household names and global brands. He was also co-founder of an innovative social enterprise that helped raise over one million pounds for its operations in six countries.

James studied Accountancy and Law and started his recruitment career in a publicly listed UK firm. After four years in London recruiting finance professionals into leading investment banks he moved to Tokyo in 2005 and built the brand into one of the leading recruitment companies in Japan.
In 2007 James was ranked the No.2 head-hunter in Japan by AsiaMoney. In 2008 he took on responsibility for the firm’s front office search business and was promoted to one of the organisation’s Managing Directors.

Dani joined Wilbury Stratton in 2011 from Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann where she spent four years in their Industrial Practice. She has 11 years international Executive Search experience and has recruited within both the private and public sectors at C-Suite and Board level.

Toby and the team work with investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms and the insurance sector covering: Renewable Energy and Clean Technology Finance, Sustainable Investment and Environmental and Social Risk Advisory.
Toby’s early career was spent working in a global investment bank building a recruitment team before moving to a leading international financial recruitment firm. He then moved into Executive Search with a boutique, risk-focused firm.
Over the past three years he has focused on Corporate Sustainability, completing assignments across a range of industries before specialising in Financial Services in 2010.
Toby has a degree in Political Science from Nottingham Trent University.

David has 11 years experience as a specialist in contract and Interim Management recruitment. He started his recruitment career in technology before progressing into Enterprise Wide Risk Management in 2005.
Helping organisations meet their obligations in response to directives and legislation is one of the key drivers of the Interim business.
